BUILDER SERVICES - DEVELOPER PROGRAM

Our Developer Program, tailored for developers, consists of producing a Master Development Report and individual lot reports. Once the tract map is registered and in the same scale as our Natural Hazards and supplemental disclosures database, individual lot reports can be provided as needed.

Master Development Report

To produce the Master Development Report, we scan and register each tract map, with all the defined lots into our computerized mapping system.

Individual Lot Reports

Once the tract map is registered and in the same scale as our Natural Hazards and supplemental disclosure database, we can issue individual lot reports all at once, or individually thru escrow.

Completed DRE Form 619

Our electronic version of DRE Form 619 has been approved by the DRE. Upon request, we will fill out the form and send it along with the Master Report at no additional charge.

Additional Insured

Liability is always a big concern. However, Zone Disclosures, Inc. will add your company as “Additionally Insured” to our insurance policy so in the unlikely event that a claim arises because of an error on our part, all defense and settlement costs will come from us.

Sometimes the Master Development Report sounds intimidating and expensive. However, price shouldn’t always be your deciding factor when choosing a disclosure company.
